  • 1. Book In With A Highly Skilled Trainer

    This is your chance to experience the workout before you invest your time into a new exercise programme. We will listen to your personal needs and goals then deliver an evidence-based workout.

  • 2. Experience Evidence-Based Strength Training

    Feel what an evidence-based approach to exercise is like. No trendy exercises here, only research backed exercises proven to give you the best results. After your 45 minute personalised workout, you will have all the information you need to decided what to do moving forward.

  • 3. 30 Minutes, Twice A Week Is All You Need.

    We understand how important time is in your day. We will train you once or twice a week depending on your goals and lifestyle. We will manage and adjust your training program to make sure you’re always improving. You will always be supervised by an expert trainer.

Personal Training

  • We provide 30-minute personalised sessions tailored to your health and fitness goals. These sessions are delivered under the guidance of a highly skilled and knowledgeable trainer.

  • We deliver 1-on-1 sessions with one client and one trainer OR 2-on-1 sessions with two clients and one trainer.

    $70 per session 1-on-1 | $45 per session 2-on-1

Spinal Programme

  • For anyone who suffers with low-back pain or those who want to prevent it.

  • Eliminate lower-back pain through improved strength, flexibility and mobility.

  • All it takes to see improvements in your lower back is 15 minutes, twice a week.

    $15 per session - Mt Wellington | $30 per session - Mt Maunganui (incl. Neck)

Small Group Class

  • This 30-minute full-body workout is designed to improve your strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness in a safe and efficient manner.

    With a maximum of 6 participants, the instructor is able to motivate and focus on everyone, ensuring you are exercising in good form and to the appropriate intensity.

    $20 per class (Mt Wellington ONLY)
